01 Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BAUX, a Florida LLC ("BAUX," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BAUX mobile application, our AI guide "Bae," our websites, and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
03 The Service
BAUX is a place-intelligence platform. Bae, our AI guide, provides conversational information, narration, and recommendations about places, drawing on content curated with our partners (such as destination organizations, universities, museums, and cultural institutions) and other sources. Features may include location-aware discovery, voice narration, and — where you choose to enable them — personalized responses based on data you connect.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features may be offered in beta and may be incomplete or change without notice.
04 Accounts
You may create an account using a supported sign-in method (such as Apple or Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@hibaux.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion is subject to the retention terms described in our Privacy Policy.
05 AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
Bae's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational purposes only.
- Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.
- Bae does not provide professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, safety, navigational, or emergency advice. Do not rely on the Service in any situation where inaccurate information could lead to injury, loss, or harm.
- Recommendations about places, routes, businesses, hours, accessibility, or conditions may be wrong or outdated. Verify anything important (such as opening hours, safety conditions, travel routes, or accessibility) with an authoritative source before acting on it.
- You are solely responsible for how you use information provided through the Service.
06 Connected Accounts (Google, iCloud, and Similar Integrations)
You may choose to connect third-party accounts — such as Google (Gmail, Calendar) or Apple iCloud (Calendar) — to allow Bae to provide more personalized responses.
- Connecting an account is entirely optional and requires your explicit authorization.
- We access only the data and scopes you grant, and only to provide the features you request. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke access at any time through the app and/or through the third-party provider's own settings.
- Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
07 Location
If you enable location services, the Service uses your location to surface nearby places and provide location-aware features. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without it.
08 Partner and Third-Party Content
Some content in the Service is provided by or curated with our partners, or sourced from third parties. While we aim for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including partner or third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. Reference to any place, business, or organization is not an endorsement.
09 Your Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security;
- misuse Bae to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- access the Service through automated means except as we expressly permit.
10 Intellectual Property
The Service, including the app, Bae, our software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by BAUX or our licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
11 Your Content and Feedback
If you submit content, questions, or inputs to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12 Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for voice generation, mapping, hosting, AI models, and analytics). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for them.

You agree to indemnify and hold BAUX harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in the app or by email). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
18 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
19 Apple App Store — Additional Terms
These additional terms apply when you obtain the app through the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and BAUX only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per Apple's Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims relating to the app are our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
20 Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and BAUX regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
